HR Project Manager
Location: Nuuk (GL), Svenstrup (DK) or Gdansk (PL)

About the Role
As HR Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving and delivering our most important HR projects across the Group. You will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and implementing major HR initiatives, including for example:
·Standardising and securing frameworks and tools for HR projects across the Group
·Developing and implementing onboarding processes throughout the organisation
·Implementing HR systems across countries
·Further developing bonus programmes
·Implementing international development programmes for leaders and talents
·Optimising the recruitment process (excellence)
·Job architecture and competency frameworks
·Other strategic HR projects
This is a newly established position within the HR leadership team, where you will help shape the future HR setup at Royal Greenland. You will report to EVP HR & Communication, Bodil Marie Damgaard.
As we operate in Greenland, Denmark, Poland, Germany, and Canada, as well as through global sales offices, some travel will be required. We expect you to have strong skills in navigating different cultural contexts.
Your Responsibilities
·Drive major HR projects from concept to implementation
·Develop clear project plans, milestones, governance, and status reporting
·Facilitate steering committees and other key stakeholders
·Support the anchoring of HR processes and solutions within the organisation
·Ensure clear communication and change management
·Contribute to the continuous development of our HR setup and project methodologies
Your Profile
You are an experienced project manager who can lead complex HR projects while building support and collaboration. You know that success in HR projects depends on structure, involvement, and good communication.
We imagine you have:
·At least 10 years’ experience in project management within large organisations
·Experience with global HR projects
·A solid project management toolbox (preferably with certifications)
·Proven experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels, including steering committees
·Ability to create structure, progress, and decision-making foundations
·Strong collaboration and communication skills
·Good business understanding and ability to link HR solutions to business needs
Language
·At Royal Greenland, Greenlandic, Danish, and English are primarily used
·Strong language skills are an advantage
